Ending official support for Hapi

The Podium modules for Hapi, @podium/hapi-layout and @podium/hapi-podlet, are now deprecated and archived.
Hapi has been one of the frameworks with official Podium support alongside Express and Fastify. Unfortunately the Podium team don't have the capacity to support this third framework alongside Express and Fastify.
Podium's core design is not changing. We will still target Node's HTTP server and be independent of any one framework.
